Throughout his career, he has taken on diverse responsibilities such as application specialist, R&D, equipment operator, rigging, lead demonstrator, sales, and service support, as well as Showroom Supervisor. This comprehensive understanding of the entire manufacturing process sets him apart as a seasoned professional capable of tackling multifaceted challenges.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Shawn extends his expertise to mentoring individuals in the millwork industry who seek higher-level training and consulting support. He provides invaluable guidance and assistance in grinding rooms and on production floors, ensuring optimal performance and success for his mentees and the Companies they work for.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Shawn's natural curiosity and profound appreciation for nature have led him to explore his artistry as a Wood Turner during his leisure time. This deep connection with wood and its diverse species further enriches his understanding of the material and enhances his proficiency in both tooling and moulding processes.
